SCORE Fort Worth Receives National Recognition

FORT WORTH, TX (April 3, 2021) — The National Office of SCORE has named SCORE Fort Worth a 2020 Diamond Leadership Chapter.  This special honor is reserved for Chapters demonstrating exceptional service to the local business community for five consecutive years.

In 2020 alone, volunteers with the Fort Worth Chapter provided free mentoring to over 1,400 aspiring entrepreneurs and small business owners and conducted 138 business workshops.  They played a pivotal role in helping businesses navigate COVID-related issues, and were instrumental in guiding stimulus relief benefits.

“Our 65 volunteers are dedicated to helping local entrepreneurs start and grow successful businesses,” said Bob Siffermann, SCORE Fort Worth Chapter Chair.  “We’re honored to have been recognized for this work, and I’m particularly proud that our Chapter was able to make such an impact during a difficult year for local businesses.”

To arrange a free, confidential session with a SCORE volunteer or to view upcoming workshops on a variety of business topics, visit the SCORE website at www.fortworth.score.org
