Overall career spans 35 - 40 years in varied industries including consumer products, quality control, and home healthcare in the areas of sales, sales management/training, marketing, and strategic planning. As a key executive in my various companies I was responsible for driving sales to achieve quota while maintaining an operating budget. I was also responsible for sales teams across the USA and North America.
Since retiring from full time work I have given counsel to various clients across a wide spectrum of industry from manufacturing, services, and not-for-profits. While my expertise is in sales, sales training, sales management, and marketing, I have helped clients with their strategic plans as well as establishing benchmarks to measure their success vs. goals established.
As a Vietnam Veteran it was an honor to serve my country. My mission was to protect the Saigon Airport and keep my team safe both of which I did. This experience taught me the value of leadership in a very stressful environment. In business today we are faced with many challenges and I have helped each of my clients to deal with these. I grew up in a Mom/Pop grocery store in Brooklyn New York so I know what kind of challenges you face everyday. This is the skill set that I bring to each session with my clients.
